Sometimes help already exists but people don’t know where to find it. Sometimes an opportunity exists but someone needs help becoming ready for it. And sometimes a community has a real need that has not yet been addressed.
REACH is being built to help close those gaps.

Communities already contain knowledge, experience, organizations, businesses and people willing to help. The challenge is often connecting that capacity with the people who need it.

That contribution might be knowledge, time, employment, mentorship, equipment, training, professional experience, technology, funding or simply the right connection.

REACH begins in Northeastern Pennsylvania, with roots in Kingston and Luzerne County.
Starting locally allows us to listen, understand existing resources, build relationships and identify gaps based on what people are actually experiencing.
Our goal is not to replace organizations already doing good work. It is to strengthen connections, support what works and help build what is genuinely missing.

REACH did not begin because funding was already available or because someone gave us permission to try.
It began with a belief that communities deserve practical pathways toward opportunity—and that waiting indefinitely for someone else to build those pathways is not enough.
CoreVexa Labs is a community-first technology company beginning in Kingston, Pennsylvania. Its founding philosophy holds that technological and economic progress should strengthen the communities around it.
As CoreVexa grows, the long-term intention is for its success to help create the financial capacity needed to build and support REACH and its community mission.
Founder James E. Van Horn also intends for a substantial portion of the proceeds he personally receives from CoreVexa’s future success to help support that mission.
This is a commitment to direction, not a promise of money that does not yet exist. Funding, programs and outcomes will be communicated when they are real and verifiable.
If we are fortunate enough to build something successful, that success should create opportunity for more people than those who built the company.
