REACH should not require unnecessary sensitive information simply to help someone understand their options.
As the Workstation develops, information should be collected according to the purpose of the feature being used, with appropriate privacy, security and consent protections.
Never submit passwords, PINs, authentication codes, Social Security numbers, banking credentials or other highly sensitive information through a general REACH form.
