Real Educational Answers For Community Hope

What We Do

REACH helps connect people and communities with practical resources, opportunities, knowledge and support.

Start With the Goal

You don’t need to know which program you need.

Tell us what you’re trying to accomplish. REACH is designed to help identify a practical path forward.

That may mean connecting you with an existing community resource, finding an opportunity, helping you develop a skill, supporting a business goal or bringing the right people together around a community need.

REACH Pathways

Support for where you are—and where you want to go.

REACH brings different kinds of support and opportunity together so people don’t have to navigate every challenge alone.

How It Works

From need to action.

REACH is designed around a straightforward process.

01

Listen

02

Identify

Determine the need, opportunity or barrier.

03

Connect

Find useful resources, people or opportunities.

04

Act

Turn the connection into a practical next step.

05

Follow Through

Learn what happened and what should come next.

Community Connection

Sometimes the resource already exists.

A community can have employers looking for workers, professionals willing to mentor, organizations offering assistance and businesses with useful resources—while people nearby still struggle to find them.

REACH is designed to help close that distance.

And when a meaningful need does not have an existing solution, that information can help identify where new community action may be needed.

More Than Immediate Support

Help today can become opportunity tomorrow.

REACH is designed to support immediate needs while also helping people build toward greater independence and opportunity.

  • Find employment
  • Develop useful skills
  • Explore education and training
  • Start or strengthen a business
  • Improve technology skills
  • Discover new opportunities
  • Build professional connections
  • Contribute back to the community
How We Build

Strengthen what works. Build what is missing.

REACH is not intended to duplicate good work already happening in the community.

When another organization, business, school, professional or public resource is better equipped to help, connecting people with that resource may be the best outcome.

Technology With a Purpose

Technology should make opportunity easier to reach.

REACH may use technology to organize information, identify useful connections and make community resources easier to navigate—but people remain at the center of the process.

Technology supports the work. It does not replace human judgment, community knowledge or individual choice.

What Success Means

A connection matters when it leads somewhere.

We want to understand more than how many people visited a page, filled out a form or received a referral.

Where possible, REACH will look at what happened next: whether someone reached the resource, found an opportunity, developed a skill, completed a project or made meaningful progress toward their goal.
