Community Impact Should Be Visible.
REACH is being built to measure whether connections, resources and opportunities actually help people move forward.
REACH is still building its community programs, partnerships, processes and measurement systems.
That means we are not going to publish large numbers simply to appear established.
As work begins, we will report outcomes when they are real, documented and appropriate to share.
Our goal is to earn the numbers before we display them.
What happened after the connection?
A referral, introduction or form submission is only the beginning.
Did Someone Reach the Resource?
A useful resource matters only if the person can actually access it.
Did a Door Open?
We want to understand whether someone reached employment, education, training or another meaningful opportunity.
Did Something Improve?
Progress may mean greater stability, knowledge, readiness, confidence or movement toward a specific goal.
Was the Work Finished?
Community projects and commitments should be tracked through completion rather than announced and forgotten.
Did Collaboration Improve?
Sometimes the outcome is a stronger connection between organizations, businesses, professionals or community resources.
What Did We Learn?
If something did not work, understanding why is part of responsible community work.
Being busy is not the same as making an impact.
REACH may track activity because it helps us understand how the work is functioning.
But activity alone does not tell us whether someone’s situation improved.
Forms submitted, meetings held, referrals made, resources listed or volunteer hours contributed.
A person reached the resource, found work, completed training, launched a project or made measurable progress.
A consistent way to understand what happened.
Where appropriate, REACH intends to document community activity using a simple outcome framework.
Different goals require different measures.
Individuals & Families
Access to useful resources, greater stability and movement toward personal or family goals.
Employment & Careers
Applications, interviews, employment, career advancement and improved readiness.
Education & Skills
Completed learning, demonstrated skills, credentials or progress toward an opportunity.
Entrepreneurs & Small Business
Business readiness, customer growth, improved operations, revenue opportunities and stronger local businesses.
Youth
Exposure to possibilities, skill development, completed projects, mentorship and educational or career pathways.
Technology
Improved digital confidence, practical technology use and greater independence.
Community Projects
Projects completed, community participation, resources deployed and documented outcomes.
Organizations
Stronger collaboration, improved capacity, successful referrals and reduced duplication.
Mentorship & Volunteering
Meaningful matches, completed contributions and measurable value created by the work.
Partnerships
Resources or expertise connected to a verified community need and followed through to an outcome.
Impact takes time to understand.
Some results happen quickly. Others may take weeks or months.
Need
Understand the starting point.
Action
Document what was done.
Early Result
Identify what happened next.
Follow-Up
Check whether progress continued.
Outcome
Record what can reasonably be verified.
Individual experiences can reveal larger community gaps.
When different people repeatedly encounter the same barrier, that pattern may tell us something important about the community.
REACH can use those patterns to better understand where resources are difficult to reach, where opportunities are missing or where stronger coordination may be needed.
Examples might include:
Repeated difficulty finding workforce training, transportation barriers, missing youth opportunities, limited technology access, resource confusion or an unmet local business need.
A pattern is a reason to investigate—not automatic proof that a new program should be created.
Impact should be understandable at the community level.
REACH begins in Kingston, Luzerne County and Northeastern Pennsylvania.
As the work develops, we want to understand not only overall activity but where needs, opportunities and outcomes are occurring.
Over time, this can help answer questions like:
Where are people struggling to reach resources?
Where are businesses looking for skills or workers?
Which community needs keep appearing?
Which approaches are producing useful results?
A person’s story belongs to them.
Community impact can be powerful to share, but people should not have to give up their privacy or dignity in exchange for support.
Stories, photographs and identifying information should be shared only with appropriate permission and safeguards.
REACH will not treat someone’s hardship as marketing material.
Resources should be connected to outcomes.
As REACH develops financial capacity, we intend to make it easier to understand how resources move from contribution to community use.
CoreVexa Labs intends for its future success to help create financial capacity for REACH and its community mission.
Until those resources actually exist, REACH will describe them as future intent rather than current funding.
As resources are contributed and deployed, our goal is to report them with the same standard we apply to other community investment: what was provided, what it supported and what happened afterward.
We will distinguish plans from results.
A project being discussed is not the same as a project being funded.
A project being funded is not the same as a project being completed.
And a completed activity is not automatically a successful outcome.
REACH intends to clearly distinguish what is planned, active, completed and supported by a verified outcome.
This page will grow with the work.
As enough verified activity exists, this page can develop into a public community impact dashboard.
Future reporting may include completed projects, resource connections, employment and training outcomes, business support, community contributions, local need patterns and annual impact summaries.
We will add those numbers when there are real numbers worth adding.
We are not starting with impressive numbers.
We are starting with a commitment to earn them.
