IRS Status: REACH is pursuing 501(c)(3) recognition. Until IRS determination, donations may not be tax-deductible. Formal documents will be posted as they are approved by the Board.

Board of Directors oversees strategy, finance, and compliance. Committees will be appointed for Finance/Audit, Programs, and Governance as operations scale.
