REACH — Real Educational Answers for Community Hope — is building a coordinated referral network from The REACH Academy and Resource Center in Kingston, Pennsylvania. This page summarizes our governance and policy framework during startup.

IRS Status: REACH is pursuing 501(c)(3) recognition. Until IRS determination, donations may not be tax-deductible. Formal documents will be posted as they are approved by the Board.

Board of Directors oversees strategy, finance, and compliance. Committees will be appointed for Finance/Audit, Programs, and Governance as operations scale.

Public materials are designed for readability, screen readers, and mobile. Spanish-language options are planned as categories activate.
