Board of Directors

The Board provides leadership, accountability, and direction for REACH — Real Educational Answers for Community Hope. Members bring local experience in education, business, and community service to guide formation and governance.

Base of operations: The REACH Resource Center, Kingston, Pennsylvania.

Disclosure: REACH is pursuing 501(c)(3) status. Until IRS determination, donations may not be tax-deductible.

Strategy, partnerships, and public communication. Oversees startup execution and referral model development.

Melissa J. Schroeder

Treasurer & Secretary

Financial recordkeeping, compliance tracking, Board documentation, and fiscal controls during formation.

Board coordination support and long-term planning oversight. Appointment in progress.

Additional directors will be appointed as committees are finalized and partner alignment expands.

Advisory Support

REACH engages advisors in education, workforce development, behavioral health, and community navigation during startup. Advisors provide informal guidance until a formal advisory council is appointed.
