REACH is organizing a coordinated referral network for Luzerne County through The REACH Resource Center in Kingston, PA. You can help build it by volunteering, sponsoring, partnering, or donating.

REACH is a navigator, not a direct service provider. Your support strengthens referral pathways and coordination with local agencies, who deliver services and care.

All support helps launch outreach, intake tools, and partner coordination across the county.

Ways to Help

  • Volunteer: Support outreach, resident intake, workshops, or community events.
  • Sponsor: Underwrite category materials, workshops, or launch equipment.
  • Partner: Join the referral network as a provider organization.
  • Donate: Fund the startup costs that make referrals simple and reliable.
