What Happens Next

2. Alignment: REACH reviews your information and chooses the best category and partner options.
3. Handoff: We make a warm handoff to a participating agency using their preferred referral method.
4. Follow-Up: As capacity allows, REACH checks whether contact was made and if you understand next steps.
5. Feedback: Simple feedback is used to strengthen future referrals and reduce dropped connections.
